I would like to hire something. What do I do?
If you’re interested in hiring an item, you can check its availability and make a reservation for the desired date.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes. All hires require a security deposit.
All hires require full payment of both the hire total plus the security depsit amount the hired equipment leaves the store.
The security deposit is returned/released back to you when you return the equipment, subject to the Terms of Conditions of Hire.
Depending on how the security deposit is paid, there may be a 3-7 day processing delay for the security deposit to appear back in your account. Usually this is within 3 days.
Yes, in order to pickup a personal hire from us you will need to show a photo ID
Where can I pick the hired item from?
You can pick up the rented item from either Brisbane CBD or Everton Park. Once we receive your reservation, we will provide you with the specific location of the item.
Is there pickup and drop off service?
Yes, you can select this option during the reservation. However, please note that this service is only available within a 40 km radius of Brisbane CBD
What is the location where we offer our hiring services?
Our hiring services are available in Brisbane and the surrounding suburbs.
